Sunday was a full on rest day for me. Went for a 50 mile ride this afternoon with Ryan. Hopefully I can keep up this pace, or atleast something close to it for the next two weeks. At the end of those two weeks is the Tri-Valley Alleycat. Training so I can hopefully place better than I did at the last one.
